Custom made in square or rectangular shapes, these laminated safety glass vision panels have the glass fixed centrally (20 series) or flush to one side (25 series) up to 12mm thick. The vision panel frame can be powder-coated to match the door colour and is screw fixed on one side only to enable a clean and secure face on the other.
Sealeck 20 Series Centre Glazedvision Panel is for square and rectangular vision openings within low level bio-containment facilities, i.e. PC2
Sealeck 25 Series Flush Glazed to one side vision panel is for square and rectangular vision openings within medium level bio-containment facilities, i.e. many PC3 applications.

- Glass thickness: 6.38mm up to 12mm
- Door leaf thickness: 35mm to 42mm
- Frame: Sealed to the door surface and matched with two (one per side) galvabond or galvanneal steel (powder-coated), or 304 (316) grade stainless steel.
- Fixings: Countersunk Allen head fixings to non-critical side only to allow clean secure side without fixings. Fixing holes to non-critical side can be provided with optional plastic plugs/covers.
