ISM Interiors was entrusted with the design and construction of the architectural common areas within the prestigious Concavo apartment building, located in Melbourne’s Docklands. This project highlights ISM’s expertise in delivering high-end, customised interior solutions.
Featuring light and dark timber veneer paneling, matching doors and custom button handles, bench seating with various leather and fabric textiles, built in floating desk, illuminated timber veneer shelving, tambour door kitchenette with a large veneer, brass and laminate bench and cinema room cabinetry.
The common areas at Concavo showcase a sophisticated interplay of materials and craftsmanship. The spaces are adorned with light and dark timber veneer panelling, meticulously crafted to offer a warm yet modern atmosphere. The attention to detail extends to the matching doors, which feature bespoke custom button handles, adding a touch of elegance and uniqueness to the environment.
Seating areas within the common spaces are thoughtfully designed with a combination of leather and fabric textiles, providing both comfort and style. The integration of a built-in floating desk enhances the functionality of the area, offering residents a versatile space that is both practical and visually appealing.
Illuminated timber veneer shelving adds a refined touch to the interiors, creating a striking focal point while also serving as a functional element for storage and display. The kitchenette, a key feature of the common area, is designed with a tambour door, seamlessly concealing a large veneer, brass, and laminate bench, ensuring a cohesive and polished look.
Additionally, the cinema room cabinetry is tailored to complement the overall design, providing a sleek and sophisticated storage solution that aligns with the luxurious aesthetic of the space.
