When global risk advisor and insurance broker Willis Tower Watson decided to consolidate their Melbourne offices into a single, unified space, the need for enhanced facilities became evident to accommodate their now significantly larger teams.
As part of this comprehensive office refurbishment, ISM Interiors was tasked with creating key elements that would not only serve practical needs but also reflect the company’s professional and dynamic identity. The reception area was designed with a striking angled reception counter, serving as an impressive first point of contact for visitors and staff alike. Complementing this is a timber screen that adds both visual interest and a sense of warmth to the space.
In line with the modern and functional design, bench seating was incorporated to provide comfortable waiting areas, seamlessly blending with the overall aesthetic.
The kitchen, a central hub for staff, was designed with both style and efficiency in mind, offering a space where teams can gather and recharge.
Furthermore, the refurbishment included the installation of custom-designed lockers and storage solutions, ensuring that personal items and office supplies are securely and neatly stored.
To cater to the diverse working styles of the teams, quiet working spaces were also created, providing areas for focused work away from the bustling open-plan environment.
