This security door is blast resistant up to 126 kPa and can be supplied in stainless steel, or with a galvanised, primed or powder-coated finish to the frame and leaf to suit almost any industrial and transportable building types.
The ‘126’ single point locking, mid-range single leaf blast resistant door set is a 52mm thick, heavy duty, internal SHS framed, high density core blast door. The door set will provide up to 126 kPa blast protection (peak reflected overpressure lasting 100ms) when opening towards the direction of the blast.
With the option to be supplied with an electric or motorised locks to link in with your access control system, a motorised lock can also be linked with an opening / closing device and UPS to create a plug and play fully-automated door set.

Door frame specifications
- Frame: Sealeck R series.
- Material: 1.6mm galvanneal sheet.
- Material options: galvanised steel to 3mm, 304 grade stainless steel, 316 grade stainless steel.
- Hinge: Galvanised steel 100 x 2mm thick full height piano hinge (internal use only). Screw fixed at 500mm centres down each hinge leaf.
- Hinge options: 2B grade stainless steel (for external use).
Door leaf specifications
- Size: All leaves made to order. Typical door leaf sizes: 820mm, 870mm, 920mm, 970mm or 1020mm wide x 2040mm or 2100mm high. Maximum leaf size is 1145mm w x 2200mm high.
- Thickness: 52mm thick.
- Cladding: 1mm thick galvanneal door skins both sides.
- Skins: Steel door skins internal edge cleat joined at edges to provide a hidden edge fixing.
- Core: High density door core bonded to steel skins provides heavy duty door use.
- Lock: Single point surface-mounted, extra heavy-duty locking device with EN24 end bolts. Available in three hardware functions:
- Passage function (stainless-steel lever handle only each side).
- Lockable outside with egress at all times internal lever handle.
- Internal panic pad or horizontal panic bar to inside – ext. locking.
