Solid core door set

A flush panel sold core door leaf, the core can be made from a number of options depending on requirements.

1. The foam core is a lightweight, but robust core that has higher acoustic reduction qualities than a honeycomb core.
2. The particle board core comes in two options – standard HMR particle board and a lightweight particle board that is up to 50% lighter than the standard.
3. The blockboard core can also be used for doors in high security zones. These door cores are made up of laminated timber sandwiches between the nominated faces.

The facing is laminated as specified and edges are Tasmanian Oak.
